We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be eligible.

watchfaction.com is not responsible for any return shipping fee / pre paid return labels if a customer decides to return the item such as purchasing by accident or simply a change of mind.
